  • 30-Day Return Window – Return your realistic artificial Christmas tree within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.
  • Condition – Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, stands, and accessories included.
  • Process – Simply contact our support team with your order number to initiate a return request.
  • Refunds – Once your return is inspected and approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note: return shipping costs are not covered.

Warranty Coverage
